▶   3D SL-Track Roller System

Precision 3D rollers travel a full 49 inches from your neck down through your glutes — far beyond what a standard S-Track covers. You control roller depth across 6 intensity levels for a massage that's as gentle or as therapeutic as you need.

▶   Zero Gravity Recline

Inspired by NASA, this position elevates your legs to heart level, taking weight off your spine and joints so the rollers can work deeper with less effort. It's the single most effective position for getting the most out of every session.

▶   Space-Saving Technology

The chair slides forward on its base as it reclines, so it needs just 2 inches of wall clearance — compared to 12–18 inches for most massage chairs. Perfect for apartments, bedrooms, or any room where floor space is at a premium.

▶   Automatic Body Scan

Before every session, the chair maps your shoulder height and back profile so the rollers are calibrated precisely to your body — not a generic average. This ensures consistent, targeted pressure right where you need it most.

▶   16 Auto Massage Programs

Choose from 16 expertly designed programs — including Office Pro, Text-Neck, Stretch, Recover, and Thai — each built for a specific mood or physical need. One button gets you a full-body routine without touching another setting.

▶   6 Manual Massage Styles

Kneading, Tapping, Clapping, Rolling, Shiatsu, and a Kneading & Tapping combo give you hands-on control when the auto programs aren't quite hitting the right spot. You can target a specific area or work through full body sections.

▶   24-Airbag Full Body Compression

24 strategically placed airbags cover your shoulders, arms, lower back, calves, and feet — gently squeezing and releasing to boost circulation and ease tension throughout your entire body, not just your back.

▶   Lumbar & Calf Heat Therapy

Dual heating pads in the lower back and calves warm the muscle fibers before and during your massage, making them more receptive to the rollers and airbags. It's the difference between a good massage and a great one.

▶   Reflexology Foot Rollers

Three spinning rollers beneath your feet stimulate acupressure points along the arches and heels while the airbags press your feet deeper into the rollers for an invigorating reflexology experience from sole to toe.

▶   Auto-Extendable Footrest

The ottoman scans your leg length during body scan and automatically extends up to 7.1 inches to fit users from 5'0" to 6'3" — so taller users get full calf and foot coverage, not a half-massage that ends at the ankle.

▶   Bluetooth Speakers & USB Charging

Headrest-mounted Bluetooth speakers let you stream music, podcasts, or guided meditation during your session, while the built-in USB port keeps your phone charged so you never have to get up mid-massage.

The Osaki OS-Pro Admiral II is a 3D SL-Track massage chair built for anyone who wants professional-level massage therapy at home — without having to configure a complex machine. It combines a 49-inch SL-Track roller path, 6-level 3D intensity control, zero gravity recline, 24 full-body airbags, lumbar and calf heat therapy, and 16 automatic programs into one intuitive package designed for daily use. Whether you're unwinding after a long day at the office, recovering from a workout, or simply managing chronic muscle tension, the Admiral II delivers a thorough, personalized massage from neck to glutes at the touch of a button.

Why Choose the Osaki OS-Pro Admiral II?

The Admiral II was built to solve the most common frustrations people have with massage chairs — coverage that stops at the lower back, a one-size-fits-all intensity that's either too soft or too harsh, and a chair that needs a dedicated wall of space to recline. The 49-inch SL-Track sends the rollers all the way from your neck down through your lower back and under your glutes — the exact area where most people carry chronic, unrelenting tension. Six levels of 3D intensity let you dial in a soft, relaxing glide on a light-recovery day or a firm, deep-tissue press when your muscles are truly tight. Zero gravity shifts your body into a position where your spine decompresses and the rollers feel noticeably more effective — because they're no longer working against gravity. The 24 airbags wrap your shoulders, arms, calves, and feet in a rhythmic compression massage that drives blood circulation through limbs that go hours without movement. And with only 2 inches of wall clearance needed, this chair fits comfortably in spaces where others simply won't.

3D SL-Track Massage — Neck to Glutes Coverage with Adjustable Depth

Most chairs stop massaging at your mid-back, leaving the lower back and hips — where tension runs deepest — completely untouched. The Admiral II's rollers travel the full 49-inch path from your neck all the way under the seat to your glutes and upper hamstrings, and you control how deeply they press with 6 intensity levels.

The OS-Pro Admiral II features a next-generation 3D quad-style roller mechanism on a 49-inch SL-Track system. The SL-Track path begins at the cervical vertebrae, follows the full natural curvature of the spine through the thoracic and lumbar regions, and transitions beneath the seat cushion to cover the gluteal muscles and upper hamstrings. The 3D mechanism allows the roller heads to extend outward from the backrest across 6 calibrated intensity levels — adjusting the depth of each pass from a gentle surface touch to a firm, penetrating deep-tissue press. This extended coverage gives the Admiral II approximately 40% more roller reach than standard S-Track massage chairs.

Intelligent Body Scan — Massage Calibrated to Your Exact Build

A generic roller path that doesn't match your shoulder height or spine length can mean the massage misses your pressure points entirely. The Admiral II scans your body before every session and sets the rollers to your exact dimensions automatically — so every massage hits where it should.

Before each session begins, the OS-Pro Admiral II's smart roller system performs an automated body scan. The system detects the user's shoulder height and maps the natural curvature and length of the spine, adjusting the roller starting position and travel path to match each individual user. The shoulder calibration point can also be manually re-adjusted after the scan if a different starting position is preferred. This ensures consistent, targeted pressure across all key areas regardless of the user's height or body type.

Zero Gravity Recline — Deeper Massage, Less Spinal Stress

When you recline to zero gravity, your weight spreads evenly across the chair instead of pressing down on your lower spine — making every roller pass feel deeper and more effective without any change in mechanical pressure. It also takes direct compression off your discs and joints, which is why so many users feel immediate lower back relief in this position.

Inspired by NASA research on neutral body posture during space missions, the Zero Gravity position tilts the chair so the thighs are roughly parallel to the torso and the legs are elevated to heart level. In this configuration, the backrest supports virtually the full weight of the user's torso, minimizing gravitational load on the lumbar spine and increasing the effective contact pressure of the massage rollers. The position also promotes improved circulation by reducing venous resistance in the lower body.

Lumbar & Calf Heat Therapy — Relaxing Muscle Stiffness from the Inside Out

Heat does something rollers alone cannot — it loosens deep muscle fibers before the massage even begins, making tight lower back and calf muscles far more receptive to pressure. If you regularly wake up stiff or sit for long hours, the dual heat zones in the Admiral II provide targeted warmth to the two areas that suffer most.

The OS-Pro Admiral II includes embedded heating pads positioned along the lumbar zone of the backrest and within the calf sections of the leg rest. Lumbar heat targets the muscles supporting the lower spine, increasing local blood flow and softening connective tissue to improve the overall effectiveness of the roller massage. Calf heat works in tandem with the airbag compression in the leg area, providing a multi-modal lower-body treatment that addresses both surface tension and deeper muscle stiffness simultaneously.

Full Body Airbag Compression — 24 Airbags for Head-to-Toe Circulation

If your shoulders feel perpetually tight, your hands feel heavy, or your calves ache at the end of the day, that's often a circulation issue — and the Admiral II's 24 airbags address it directly, rhythmically compressing your arms, shoulders, lower back, calves, and feet to push blood back through limbs that go hours without movement.

The OS-Pro Admiral II houses 24 strategically placed airbags distributed across the shoulder, arm, lower back, calf, and foot zones. The airbags inflate and deflate in choreographed sequences that create rhythmic full-body compression throughout the session. This action promotes venous return, helps reduce peripheral swelling, and works in direct coordination with the roller system to deliver a synchronized full-body massage experience. Individual body zones can also be targeted independently for localized compression therapy.

Triple Reflexology Foot Rollers — Acupressure Stimulation for the Soles

Your feet contain dozens of pressure points that correspond to areas throughout the body — and they rarely get proper attention. The Admiral II's three spinning foot rollers replicate the kneading of a skilled reflexology massage, stimulating acupressure points while the airbags press your feet deeper into the rollers for a more thorough treatment.

Located at the base of the leg rest, the OS-Pro Admiral II features three independent spinning reflexology rollers. As the rollers rotate, they apply a continuous kneading motion to the soles of the feet, targeting plantar acupressure points. Simultaneously, the airbags in the foot compartment inflate to press the feet firmly against the roller surface, intensifying the treatment depth. An ankle grip function keeps the feet securely positioned and properly aligned throughout the session to maintain consistent contact with the rollers.

16 Auto Programs + 6 Manual Massage Styles — Expert Sessions at a Single Touch

With 16 pre-designed programs — including dedicated routines for office fatigue, post-workout recovery, a Thai stretch, and even a morning routine — you can get an effective, targeted massage without adjusting a single setting. When you want full control, manual mode lets you choose the technique, zone, and intensity yourself.

The OS-Pro Admiral II offers 16 auto massage programs: Office Pro, Traveller, Text-Neck, Lady, AM Routine, Midday Nap, Re-energize, Shape n Tone, Men's Fitness, Elderly Health, Relax, Rejuvenate, Gentle Relief, Stretch, Recover, and Thai. Manual mode provides access to 6 massage styles — Kneading, Tapping, Kneading & Tapping, Clapping, Rolling, and Shiatsu — with full body zone targeting (neck & shoulders, full back, lower back, and leg massage). The touchscreen LCD remote control displays all active settings clearly and supports English, Chinese, and Korean language options.

Space Saving Technology — Full Recline with Just 2 Inches of Wall Clearance

Most massage chairs require 12–18 inches of open space behind them to recline — which means they can't go against a wall. The Admiral II needs only 2 inches, making it practical for apartments, bedrooms, or any room where floor space matters.

Osaki's space-saving recline system uses a forward-sliding base mechanism. As the backrest moves to the fully reclined position, the chair's seat glides forward on its base, compensating for the rearward arc of the backrest. This engineering eliminates the large rear footprint requirement typical of standard recliners and allows the OS-Pro Admiral II to be placed just 2 inches from a wall while still reaching a full therapeutic recline.

Auto-Extendable Footrest + Bluetooth & USB — Built for Taller Users and Longer Sessions

If you're taller than average, a non-extending footrest leaves your calves and feet hanging — which defeats the purpose of the leg massage entirely. The Admiral II measures your leg length automatically and extends the footrest up to 7.1 inches. And with Bluetooth speakers in the headrest and a USB charger built in, you can stay in the chair as long as your body needs.

The leg rest of the OS-Pro Admiral II features an automated extension mechanism that performs a leg-length scan before each session — extending outward and retracting until the user signals their preferred length with foot pressure. Manual fine-tuning is available via the remote. The footrest extends up to 7.1 inches to accommodate users up to 6'3" tall. The chair also includes Bluetooth connectivity with headrest-mounted speakers for wireless audio streaming, and a USB charging port for powering devices during sessions.

Perfect For

  • Office Workers & Desk Professionals
Sitting for eight or more hours a day compresses the lower back, tightens the hip flexors, and creates stiffness through the neck and shoulders that accumulates over years. The Text-Neck and Office Pro auto programs on the Admiral II are specifically designed for exactly this pattern of tension — targeting the cervical and lumbar regions where desk fatigue concentrates most. The SL-Track rollers reach the glutes and upper hamstrings, which are often the true source of lower-back pain in seated workers. Daily 20-minute sessions can make a meaningful difference in how your back feels by the end of the workweek.
  • Fitness Enthusiasts & Athletes
Post-workout recovery is where the Admiral II earns its keep for active users. The Recover and Stretch programs deliver a structured roller sequence combined with airbag compression to help flush metabolic waste from worked muscles and reduce delayed-onset soreness. The 3D rollers at their higher intensity levels provide the kind of firm, sustained pressure that mimics sports massage — reaching deep into large muscle groups like the glutes, hamstrings, and lats. The Thai stretch program adds a passive full-body stretch component for flexibility maintenance.
  • People Managing Chronic Back Pain
For anyone dealing with ongoing lower back tension, muscle spasms, or general spinal discomfort, the combination of SL-Track coverage, zero gravity recline, and lumbar heat on the Admiral II addresses the condition from multiple angles at once. Zero gravity decompresses the lumbar discs by removing gravitational load from the spine, while the heat loosens the surrounding muscle tissue before the rollers work through it. The ability to independently adjust roller intensity means users with sensitive backs can start at lower levels and increase gradually as comfort allows.
  • Older Adults
The Admiral II includes an Elderly Health auto program and a Gentle Relief program — both designed for users who benefit from thorough but measured massage rather than intense deep-tissue work. The 24-airbag full-body compression helps improve circulation throughout the limbs, which is especially beneficial for older adults who experience swelling or stiffness in the hands, arms, and calves. The auto body scan eliminates any guesswork about settings, and the large touchscreen remote with multilingual support makes daily use simple and accessible.
  • Taller Users (5'10" and Above)
Most standard massage chairs were designed with an average frame in mind, which means taller users often find the footrest too short and the roller path ending well above the lower back. The Admiral II's auto-extendable footrest adds up to 7.1 inches of additional leg length to accommodate users up to 6'3", ensuring the leg airbags and foot rollers engage properly. The SL-Track path is long enough that the rollers reach the lower lumbar and gluteal regions on taller builds — something many S-Track chairs fail to do entirely.
  • Households with Multiple Users
Because the Admiral II performs an automated body scan before each session, it recalibrates entirely for each new user without any manual adjustment. Whether a 5'2" user is followed by a 6'1" user, the chair adapts its roller starting height, footrest extension, and pressure path automatically. With 16 auto programs spanning routines for men's fitness, elderly health, a morning routine, and a midday nap, every member of a household can find a program suited to their needs and recovery goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does 3D massage mean on the Osaki OS-Pro Admiral II, and why does it matter?
3D massage means the roller heads can extend outward from the backrest to press more deeply into your muscles. On the OS-Pro Admiral II, there are 6 intensity levels — from a gentle surface touch to a firm deep-tissue press — so you can match the chair's intensity to how your body feels on any given day. This is a significant advantage over standard (2D) rollers, which only move up, down, and side to side with no depth adjustment.

Q: How does the SL-Track compare to a standard S-Track?
An S-Track follows the curve of your spine from the neck to the lower back and stops there. The SL-Track extends further, looping under the seat to also reach the glutes and upper hamstrings — areas where a large percentage of people carry chronic tension. The OS-Pro Admiral II features a 49-inch SL-Track, providing approximately 40% more coverage than a conventional S-Track chair. If you carry tightness in your hips, glutes, or lower back, SL-Track coverage makes a tangible difference.

Q: What is zero gravity and how does it improve the massage?
Zero gravity reclines the chair so your legs rise to roughly heart level and your body weight distributes evenly across the chair's surface rather than concentrating on your lower back. In this position, the backrest supports virtually your full torso weight, which removes gravitational compression from the spine and allows the rollers to deliver a noticeably deeper massage without any increase in mechanical force. Most users report that massages in the zero gravity position feel significantly more intense and effective than in the upright position.

Q: What does the warranty cover, and will a technician come to my home if I need service?
The standard warranty covers 1 year of parts and in-home labor — meaning Osaki will send a technician to your home to perform any covered repair during the first year at no cost to you. Years 2 and 3 include parts coverage only. Extended warranty options are available at purchase: a 1-Year Extended plan and a 2-Year Extended plan, both covering parts and in-home labor beyond the standard term. All in-home labor coverage applies within the 48 contiguous United States.

Q: What are the dimensions of the Osaki OS-Pro Admiral II, and will it fit through a standard doorway?
Upright dimensions are 64.2" (L) × 30.7" (W) × 50.0" (H). Fully reclined: 74.8" (L) × 30.7" (W) × 40.6" (H). At 30.7 inches wide, it will clear a standard 32-inch interior doorway, but we recommend measuring your specific entry path, hallways, and stairwells before delivery. White Glove delivery service is available for professional in-home placement and assembly — highly recommended if your delivery route is complex.

Q: How much wall clearance does the OS-Pro Admiral II require?
Only 2 inches. Osaki's space-saving technology uses a forward-sliding base mechanism — as the chair reclines, the seat slides forward to offset the rearward swing of the backrest. This means you can place the Admiral II just 2 inches from a wall and still achieve a full recline. Standard massage chairs typically require 12–18 inches of clearance, so this feature is especially valuable in smaller rooms, apartments, or home offices.

Q: What height and weight range is the OS-Pro Admiral II designed for?
The OS-Pro Admiral II accommodates users from 5'0" to 6'3" tall, with a maximum recommended weight of 250 lbs. The seat width is 18 inches. The auto-extendable footrest adds up to 7.1 inches of additional length to properly fit taller users. The automated body scan adjusts the roller starting height to match each individual user's shoulder position and spine length, so both shorter and taller users receive an accurately targeted massage.

Q: Does the OS-Pro Admiral II have Bluetooth speakers, and can I charge my phone during a session?
Yes to both. The chair is equipped with Bluetooth wireless connectivity and high-quality speakers integrated directly into the headrest, positioned close to your ears for an immersive listening experience. You can stream music, podcasts, or audiobooks from any Bluetooth-enabled device. A built-in USB charging port lets you keep your phone powered throughout even a longer 30-minute session.
