1. Where Can You Try Before Buying?

These aren't really available to try. So almost all of our customers use our industry leading trial period. You can enjoy it at your leisure in your home for 60 days to be sure you made the right decision.

Most of our customers prefer this to just sitting in one for a few minutes, because it often takes several days of trying out all the chair’s settings and programs to get accustomed to it.

If you're not totally satisfied, we would send a truck there to pick it up. With our industry leading return policy, $250 would be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. Since we absorb most of the return costs, we only recommend chairs with the highest customer satisfaction, and that fits your specific needs.

2. Is the item brand new?

Yes. We only sell 100% brand new items. In fact, all orders ship to you direct from the manufacturer. We never sell floor models or previously used merchandise.

3. Do We Price Match?

4. Will I receive a warranty with my purchase?

Yes, every chair includes a manufacturer warranty. Unless specifically stated on the product page, all items include a 3 year manufacturer warranty. In the case that warranty service is needed, all you need to do is contact either us or the manufacturer with your name and address. The rest will be taken care of you including shipping of replacement parts and arranging labor, if eligible.

1. When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks or less. We process your order as soon as it's received. Your order will be inspected and then promptly shipped. About 1 week after your order has been received, you can expect a phone call from the delivery company to schedule a day/time that is convenient for you to receive delivery.

2. What if the item is damaged?

Each shipment is very well packaged and thoroughly checked before shipping so damages and defects are rare. In the event of any damage or defect, we guarantee we will get you what you ordered. Whether that means shipping an entire new chair or a replacement part, we'll take care of it with no additional charge to you. Every shipment is fully insured, free of charge to you

3. Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship to you directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. We are authorized retailers of every manufacturer whose chairs we sell.

4. Is this item in stock/available?

The available quantity of each item is listed on each product's page. We work closely with every manufacturer to get the current inventory status and we update this reulglary to keep it accurate.


Returns, Payment and Security

1. If I'm not satisfied, how do I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days for any reason. We will even pay for the return shipping (doesn't apply to "Make Offer" purchases), unlike most of our competitors. And we never charge restocking fees. So you would receive a full refund, minus only the actual cost of the original shipping to you (generally about $250).

Purchases made using our "Make Offer" feature can also be returned for any reason within 30 days. You would receive a full refund minus the actual shipping cost (generally about $250) and return shipping (about $250).

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal Checkout. All payments are securely processed by highly reputable payment processors such as PayPal and Intuit.

3. Do We Offer Financing or Monthly Payment Options?

Yes, we offer financing to up to 36 months. And for 0% interest financing, we offer up to 18 months. You can get an instant financing decision and it only takes about 1 or 2 minutes. Here’s how:

  1. Press the "add to cart" button on any product page
  2. Then click "Checkout Now" on the "shopping cart" page
  3. On the Checkout page under Payment Information, look for "Pay Over Time with our Financing Partners" select the "Pay Over Time".
  4. Choose between our financing partners Affirm and Bread
  5. Click on the "Place Order" button and wait for few seconds as you get redirected to our financing partner's page.

You'll be asked to fill out some information like your name, address that you want your chair shipped to, your phone number, date of birth, and the last four numbers of your social security number, and that's about it. You'll get an instant financing decision, and they'll show you what your monthly payment would be as well as interest, if any.

We can also send you a link to your phone or your email instead, if it's easier for you that way. So you don't have to click into anything to find the financing application. If that's what you prefer, just give us a call or you can chat with us.

There is one more option for financing that we offer which is PayPal credit. PayPal credit offers up to six months with no payments necessary and 0% interest. If you're interested in that option, you can simply:

  1. Press the "add to cart" button on any product page
  2. On the shopping cart page, just click the “Checkout with PayPal” button.
  3. At the PayPal checkout page, simply look for the option that says “PayPal credit”.

4. Does the Financing Application Affect My Credit?

No. Filling out the application and seeing your monthly payment options only does a soft check, so it does not affect your credit score. It will only affect your credit if you actually complete the entire credit application process. The same is true whether you choose the Bread Financing that is the 18 or the 36 month options or the PayPal credit options. Both financing choices only do a soft credit check.
