Free Return Shipping
  • You can return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive your delivery. Just contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up.

  • We don’t charge restocking fees on Osaki, Luraco, Panasonic, Daiwa, Infinity, Synca, Titan, Human Touch, Inada, Dr Fuji, Kyota, Ador, Sharper Image, TruMedic, IB Wellness, or Apex products.

  • So you would receive a full refund, minus $250 for shipping. Upgrades like white glove setup service are non refundable.

  • Items must be in new condition and contain the original box and packaging materials that were shipped to you. If you are getting white glove setup service, we advise you to instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them.

  • We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on OHCO, D.Core, Bodyfriend and Positive Posture products.

  • Our goal is for you to ultimately enjoy the chair you'll be happy with for years. So if you don't love your massage chair, we will help you exchange to a chair of equal or higher price with no shipping cost for you (if you received the white glove setup service, there would be a $250 fee).
  • If you exchange your chair for a less expensive chair, then there would be a $250 return shipping fee.

Canceling an order
  • If you cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping, you will get a full refund.  Otherwise, it would be handled based on our return policy.
