Do I need Indoor Setup (also known as white glove service) or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are easy to assemble. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason assembly is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The assembly is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, you can select the option for “Indoor Setup & Assembly”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship many massage chairs to Canada. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. We make it easy by handling all of the importing paperwork. We also pay for the customs brokerage and filing fees.
- GST (usually 4.9%) and duties if levied, would be billed to the customer. Duties have never been levied on massage chairs we’ve shipped to Canada.

What is Indoor Setup & Assembly (also known as White Glove Service)?
Indoor Setup & Assembly means that they will bring it inside your home and fully assemble the chair wherever you'd like. You won't have to lift a finger.
Regular shipping includes delivery to your location, but not indoors. In our experience, most delivery people are nice and will usually bring it inside your garage or to your front door. They are not obligated to bring it indoors however.

True Ergonomic S-Track
The Osaki Os 4000 Massage Chair with Zero Gravity is ergonomically designed to contour a variety spine shapes. The Spine curvature is unique form one individual to the next. The S-track system allows the roller heads to massage along the back from the neck down to the lower spine with a consistent pressure in the massage along with a comfortable support. The typical massage tracks being linear create an inconsistency in pressure applying weak massages in the neck and lower back.
Next Generation Air Massage Technology
The airbag massagers have been upgraded and engineered, reducing the number of airbags and valves but at the same time increasing the surface coverage. Less power is consumed and runs more quietly with the reduction of air pumps and valves, allowing for a more tranquil massage experience. The material used to create the air bags have also been modified with industrial grade material for durability but yet soft and pliable to provide comfort and consistency.
Arm Air Massagers
Along with mechanical advancement, the material has also incorporated some upgrades, such as the arm massaging area. Using a durable spandex, the bottom portion of the arm massager has been lined with small rubber bumps to invigorate the senses as the air bags compress the tops and bottom of the forearm and hands.
Foot and Calf Massage
There are multiple air bags along the sides and back of the legs and feet which inflate to apply a compression massage. Located along the bottom foot massager are 2 pressure point nodes. When the air bags inflate, the foot and calves are firmly pressed down on the pressure points for an invigorating massage. The experience is simulates a massage therapist pressing down with their thumbs.
Hips and Lumbar Squeeze
Hip airbags are located on the left and right side of the seat base. When inflated it will compress the hips inwards, applying a firm massage to the thighs and hips. When the airbags inflate on the hips it may also be used to hold the user in place as the back massage rollers move downwards, working on the lower section of the back. On the lower portion of the backrest, there are 2 lumbar airbags. When inflated it will squeeze the outer portion of the lower back inwards providing a mild massage.
Shoulder Airbag Massage
The outer and top part of the shoulders have not been forgotten. Airbags have been placed on both sides of the chair. As the airbags inflate the shoulders pressed inwards and back pinning your shoulders the backrest. This will stretch out muscles in the shoulder region where most carry their tension.
Full Size Easy-to-Use Remote
The Osaki OS-4000 remote presents one of the largest viewing screens making it easy view what functions the chair has activated. There is also a flip down cover to access the manual functions of the chair. The remote allows you to select the massage type, intensity, speed and location. You can also independently select the area of airbag massage. The manual mode massage includes kneading, tapping, shiatsu, rolling, combination and Swedish .
Wireless Controller
Located on the top right of the main remote, you will find a compact wireless remote allowing you to control the main features of the chair without having to struggle to reach the main remote in the reclined position.
Lower Back Heat Therapy
There are 2 heating pads, one on each side in the lower lumbar area. The heat therapy is a great compliment to roller and airbag massage. The heating pad is not intended to be use for more than 30 minutes a day or the duration of a massage preset program.
Auto Leg Scan
The calf and foot massager is capable of making adjustments according to each individual's leg length, ensuring that the massage air bags are concentrating on the correct areas. At the start of the massage, the legs will fully extend out and then retract. Once the foot massager has reached the desired length, firmly press your toes down to indicate the chair to stop.
Seat Vibration
Osaki has taken 1 step further to enhance your massage experience. The 3rd dimension added is vibration massage. On the seat a hi frequency vibration massage plate has been added to massage the back portion of user's upper legs. The vibration is soothing and effective.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
How will this chair fill me? The outer shoulder massagers measure 20 inches side to side. This translates to a 46” jacket size for men or 22 inches in shoulder width. Anyone who's shoulder are wider that 22 inches will find this chair snug in the shoulder region and be recommended to select the Osaki OS-3D Pro Cyber that provides an additional 1.5 more inches in width.
The seat base has a total width of 17 inches which translates to about a 40 inch waist capacity.
This chair will fit some comfortably up to 6'3”.

Intensity Control
The intensity of the airbags can be controlled 5 levels along 5 different speeds for the massage heads. On the remote tap the “intensity” and the “strength” button to make the adjustments.

Below the LCD screen flip down the panel cover to access the manual controls. In the manual mode you can select a variety massage types, areas to massage and isolate where you want the airbags to inflate. This chair allows you to customize the massage in great detail.

- Just contact us and we'll send a truck to pick it up.
- We don’t charge restocking fees on Osaki, Luraco, Daiwa, Human Touch, Infinity, Synca, Bodyfriend, Dr Fuji, TruMedic, Titan, Breo, IB Wellness, Apex, or Uknead products.
- So you would receive a full refund, minus $250 for the original shipping. Upgrades like indoor setup service are non refundable.
- Items must be in new resalable condition and must contain the original box, packaging materials and accessories that were shipped to you.

Do I need Indoor Setup (also known as white glove service) or can I do it myself?
- The chairs are easy to assemble. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason assembly is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
- The assembly is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills.
- If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, you can select the option for “Indoor Setup & Assembly”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
Canadian customers
- Yes, we ship many massage chairs to Canada. Total turnaround time is typically about 2 and a half weeks. We make it easy by handling all of the importing paperwork. We also pay for the customs brokerage and filing fees.
- GST (usually 4.9%) and duties if levied, would be billed to the customer. Duties have never been levied on massage chairs we’ve shipped to Canada.
Includes Manufacturer's Warranty
This item includes a 3 year manufacturer warranty on the parts. And for the 1st year, in home labor service is also included.
A qualified technician would be sent to your home to provide service if you ever need it. You never have to ship the chair for service.

3 Year Rock Solid Warranty / Parts & Labor Warranty
This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Titan MassageChair,Inc.
We guarantee that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What Is Covered*:
- This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
- This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
- Structural Framework on selected products carries an additional one (1) year of warranty for a total of three (3) years.
- The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.
What Is NOT Covered*:
- This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
- This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse.
- The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
Implied Warranty & Other Damages:
- Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.
- By making a purchase, you agree that Titan MassageChair,Inc. will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.
- In no case will Titan MassageChair, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
How to obtain warranty service:
- You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
- You must obtain a return authorization number in order to ship products to a service center.
- You may obtain service advice, or an RMA number by contacting the Titan Chair LLC Customer Service department toll-free at 1-888-848-2630 ext.3.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
